Doogee just sent over some pictures of the famous bamboo cover being tested, in a bid to show potential users that it is actual bamboo.
The pictures show the covers being bent, measures for thickness and even tested with fire. Clearly, the bamboo covers are going to be a major selling point for the Doogee F3 and Doogee knows that better than anyone else.
The phone also uses dual 2.5D glass, meaning there’ll be curved glass on the front and rear of the phone. Also, from the pictures it appears as though the rear bamboo covers will by the stick-on kind and not full-fledged replaceable rear panels.
The picture with the burn mark is what you should look out for. That’s the one which has the most conviction in it, as far as we’re concerned.
It’ll come with either 2 or 3GB RAM, with a slight difference in price between the two. Doogee have been trying hard to get all the media footage they can this year, with numerous launches and more leaks. We also recently reviewed the Y100 Pro which was a decent-ish phone for the money. We hope the F3 does better!
