It’s time for more rumors and renders of the new Nexus! Although there is no official information or statement, it is almost a certainty that this year two devices will be launched for the Nexus line, manufactured by LG and Huawei respectively.
Today we got another set of renders from @OnLeaks that gives a glimpse for the next “Google” phone. The phone is referred as “Huawei Nexus 6 2015” and the renders are based on detailed blueprints of the device sent out to third-party accessories manufacturers, so we can get a clear idea of the phone size and physic aspects, but of course the overall design can be different. Check the video:
From the video we can see that the Huawei Nexus 6 features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, that confirms the rumors of the new Nexus coming with fingerprint due to the native implementation of it in the Android M. The renders also shows that the phone may arrive with a 5.7-inch display, although the leaks explains that Huawei was testing two different screen sizes for the phone, of 5.7-inch, as referred, but also a 5.5-inch size, so we need to wait more to know what will be the final size of the panel.
The leak also explains the device will measure 159.4 x 78.3 x 6.6/8.5mm, The device will also sport a USB Type-C port, which shouldn’t come as a surprise as this is one of the trending features in the next flagships arriving in the market.
So far what you think? We want to hear from you, what are your thoughts looking in those renders? And what do you expect from the next Huawei Nexus? Leave your comment.
Just like my Jiayu S2/iPhone5. But waaay bigger! Like 5.5 inchers are not big enough anymore.
I am gonna say this is false, it looks like a photo-shoped mishmash of recent phones.
Looks like a mishmash of the Huawei Ascend G7 and P8.
If it’s not a Nexus, it’s not a Nexus.
Onleak and Uswitch seems completely fake. They have released many renders in the same format, just to get name.
