ZTE’s Axon brand has just spawned a smaller model with 5.2-inch display and more compact proportions.
The Axon brand has seen one, rather good, phone launch and they aren’t sitting around to launch a second. The second Axon branded phone was seen today at TENAA in China sporting a smaller 5.2-inch FHD display, 1.5Ghz chipset and 3GB RAM.
The always helpful TENAA database also confirmed front and rear 8 mega-pixel camera’s, 16GB internal memory, support for 128GB SD cards and the following dimensions; 143.5 x 70 x7.9mm.
Images of the phone look to show an alloy body and we can see a rear mounted fingerprint scanner near the main camera too.
The model seen in TENAA will support both FDD and TD LTE. At this moment there is no mention of an international model of the smaller Axon Mini. Watch GizChina for more news.
