Qiku will be releasing their flagship phone later today in Beijing, and as the tradition goes, here are some last-minute leaks.
Qiku are another famous Chinese company who are taking the leap in to smartphone design and manufacture. The company behind the new brand is 360, a popular security system found on Windows PC’s around China.
The 360 funded phone will be sold under the Qiku brand, but unlike similar models from LeTV, ZUK or OnePlus, this new phone might cost as much as 3999 Yuan once if finally becomes official.
Images leaked ahead of the official unveiling show a phone (and UI) that is very similar to the LeTV X600 and EUI from the front, but on the rear we are treated to a view of dual camera, dual LED flash and a rear mounted fingerprint scanner.
Analysts believe the metal bodied phone will feature a 5.5-inch FHD display, Snapdragon 808 chipset, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory and at least one 13 mega-pixel main camera. Android 5.1.1 will be installed but don’t expect a Cyanogen OS build like the recently announced ZUK Z1.

Indeed, that’s a lot of dough.
Wow. May as well get an s6 :s
Beautiful but pricey. Waiting for hard facts and real pictures. And a lottery prize 🙂
The only thing I’m expecting is another band 20 missing phone. I’m about to give up finding anything on this “market” that can replace my samsung, guess i had my hopes up to much…
Yep thats my opinoin also, i get a redmi note 2 prime next time only 4 playing but i hope , the chipset inbulit made all baseband, to unlock the 20.
Oppo will begin selling some of their phones direct to people in Europe starting today, the 25th. Certainly they will offer phones with band 20.http://www.gsmarena.com/oppo_r5s_kicks_off_tomorrow__august_25-news-13681.php
Maybe not a replacement for a nice Samsung
I have looked at OPPO and was about to order a Find 7 when it all of a sudden was sold out like everywhere that I could order it from, looking at OPPO specs now most phones seem to roll out without band 20 or am I doing something wrong?
Siswoo is selling phones through retail outlets in Spain and Germany. Surely they’ll have band 20. http://www.siswoo.com/
They even have a phone, the Longbow C50A, that will get 4G in the U.S., but it’s a 5″ screen and I prefer 5.5.
You’re not doing anything wrong. The only Chinese “startup” I’m aware of selling a Euro-focused device (including Band 20) is OnePlus. Huawei and ZTE must offer some localized models, but they’re huge multinationals. Indeed, almost every manufacturer covered on this website seems to think FDD Bands 1, 3, 7 constitute “worldmode” compatibility.
Correction…Siswoo does indeed as Owsley_66 points out. Of course, it’s a Siswoo, but that’s another debate…
