LeTV Le 1 price cut to $274.99 with delivery from EU

letv s1 review

Shop.gizchina.com have cut the retail price of the excellent LeTV Le One by $20 meaning you can pick the handset up for only $274.99 with shipping from the EU.

The LeTV Le 1 has served me well for the past few months and is a great phone for anyone wanting a great build quality, killer performance and a decent camera.

Features that have really stuck out during my time with the LeTV Le1 are it’s excellent battery life, amazing speed (just as you would expect with a Helio X10 and 3GB RAM), plus great camera’s front and rear (the front has an especially wide lens for great group selfies). I’ve also been more tan impressed with LeTV’s updates and customer support.

Shop.gizchina.com are offering the LeTV Le 1 for a new lower price of $274.99 which includes a free leather flip case and screen protector. You also don’t need to worry about customs coming a knocking too as shipping is from the EU!

You can order the Le 1 now from shop.gizchina.com.

This is nice but I got the Xiaomi Note 2 for $212 including some EU customs bypass… now I just hope it’s in stock and I’ll be able to get it.

Price wasn’t the only reason I went with the Xiaomi ( it was an important one though ), it was also the official MIUI 7 support.

    Such a pity it isn’t equipped with the 4G-LTE B20 band…

Yep, better get the xiaomi note 2, and get a better Rom…

With both of them in my hand I would still go for the Le 1

So what you re saying is that the Le 1 Rom is as good as Miui7?
Of course the extra gig of Ram aside..
And those ugly bezels around the screen..
I still go for the note 2, of course it will be a 6 to 8 month smartphone…

          It’s better in every way

Wow that s big, for a Rom made for chinese market only.
I guess we should wait and see the support that letv will be offering for there devices…

Hi Andi! What do you think about Vkworld 6050s? I know it’s not comparable with LETV, but i’m interested in a big battery and a good camera. I saw youtube video from Redferret, and he praised the phone. Any comment on this?

It’s a pity that is does not support sd card. Do you use 16gb or 32gb version as a daily driver?

Except for the fact that it’s more expensive and has no SD card support. The no SD card support really killed it for me, especially since you can only get 16 GB internal, max.

And yeah 100 buck more is 100 bucks I can spend on something else. Also in the $300 range there’s probably other phones to choose from while the Note 2 doesn’t really have any serious competition in the sub $200 market.

I haven’t really seen them so you might be right but I still think Xiaomi Note 2 is a good phone and I really trust Xiaomi more to make a reliable phone ….
I’ve no guarantee about updates for the LeTV and also I’m not sure how easy it is to put a ROM that’s useful for outside of China.

I´ve been using this phone for a couple of weeks and I´m very disappointed with it. It has a lot of chinese apps that can not be removed. Even the keyboard on english mode has chinese caracters!! My main complain is that it is not possible to sync contacts with my google account. My google account shows up in “settings”->”accounts” but on the phone contacts the only account it allows to sync with is the Letv account. I´ve installed other contacts apps and no luck.
