Blackview are eager to show off how tough the rugged BV5000 hence the above video showing the phone going through a serious of punishing test.
Blackview have already shown that the Blackview BV5000 can survive a swim in paint, a shower under a running tap and live through being frozen and then smashed out of said ice. The next punishment for the phone concentrates on how tough the display of the phone is.
Using a sharp utility knife and a couple of nails, Blackview take a few swipes over the display prove it doesn’t mark easily. I’m not sure how accurate test is, we don’t know how much pressure is being applied to the display, and I don’t think that these test really simulate really world instances, but at least we can see that the screen isn’t going to mark easily.
The BV5000 is on sale now for 164 Euros and comes with a 5-inch display, 4780mAh battery, Mediatek MT6735 chipset and Android 5.1 Lollipop.
I prefer a battery test
