Will DJI launch the Inspire 2 in just 40 minutes?

While browsing over on the DJI global website I came across a countdown with 40 minutes to go. Could we see the launch of the DJI Inspire 2 in less than an hours time?

It doesn’t feel like it but it has been almost a year since Shenzhen based drone maker DJI announced their incredible DJI Inspire 1 quadcopter. The Inspire 1 was a big deal for DJI, it represented cool new technology, an all new design, 4K video and powerful motors for stability in even the strongest of winds.

The futuristic drone caused quite a stir, but not everyone has been impressed with the flagship quadcopter. Trawling through the official DJI forums brings up plenty of threads of users with some rather serious issues.

But that was in the past, what have we to look forward to in the future? Well in about 40 minutes time we will see what DJI have in store for us. Will it be a updated DJI Inspire 2 or does the Chinese drone maker have something else planned? Stay tuned.
