Entry-level LeTV X500 Antutu reveals partial hardware specifications

letv le max x900 review

If you have been following LeTV you will know that their entry level model is the X600, but not for long as the X500 has been sighted on Antutu with impressive starter specs.

The X500 should come in at below 1499 Yuan once it launches in China, so we are looking at a phone designed to compete with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 and Meizu M2 Note, however the LeTV has my vote already!

Antutu benchmarks show the phone recording an incredible 45,623 points, thanks to a beefy hardware line-up that wouldn’t look out of place on a flagship phone.

The details revealed are a Mediatek MT6795 aka Helio X10 processor, 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 FHD display, 3GB RAM, 32GB memory, 13 mega-pixel main camera and 5 mega-pixel selfie snapper.

What I like is the extended memory of 32GB, by 16GB X600 is calling out for more storage. As specs are very similar to the X600 aka LeTV S1, we can only assume the build will be plastic to keep costs down.

Also in the pipeline for LeTV is a new Snapdragon 820 flagship. We’ll bring you more LeTV phone news as we get it.

Hi Andy, what would you suggest to buy?Le tv or Oneplus 2?or any other phone with perfect camera?

For camera I would go for the OP2. Even my wife is shocked how easy it is to take amazing photos (usually her photo skills aren’t the greatest)

Hi Andy, LETV LeOne does not have the LeHiFi , true? Then about this LeHiFi, how is it compare with Meizu’s or Vivo’s Hifi? Thanks

    • September 16, 2015

Hi, LeOne has amazing Audio. It is one of the best phones available for music lovers. Le Max is a little better in the audio dept, but the phone isn’t as good overall. Meizu audio is pants in comparison. Vivo’s is good on Snapdragon 800 series, not exceptional on the recent X5Pro with SD615.

Hey Andy, nice that you shared this info. Currently I’m using Vivo X5 Max which has the Yamaha Hifi Chip and it’s the best sound for me so far, are you saying LETV Pro LEHifi is better? Thanks

        • October 9, 2015

I prefer the audio on the Le1. I wouldn’t switch from a Vivo to the Le 1 for the audio only though there isn’t that much in it.

5-inch display coupled with a Helio would have made this a boat-rocker. As it’s not likely to have the b20 LTE-band I’m not interested. A shame, really.
And don’t tell me about the Bluboo xtouch that ain’t happening.

Hi Andy, this one have it the NFC or not? For new GooglePay, SamsungPay, etc the NFC is better or essential. πŸ˜‰

Have it the IR sensor like the X600?
