Bluboo has confirmed that some early production models of the Bluboo X550 phone suffered from SD card issues, and that those problems have now been solved.
A few months back, Bluboo announced the Bluboo X550 a phone with large 5300mAh battery, 5.5-inch display, 2GB RAM and Mediatek MT6753 chipset. Thanks to it’s large battery the phone sold well with thousands of international customers picking the phone up.
Some customers who received their phone have discovered that there are issues with the SD card slot. Apparently customers with the issue have found their SD trays are not secure meaning that the SD would break connection with the phone from time to time.
Bluboo say that thanks to this feedback they have now been able to solve the issue and all subsequent models no longer suffer with the problem. If you find that your Bluboo X550 has this issue we suggest you contact the reseller you bought the phone from so they can fix the issue quickly.
fix it quickly? Lol. if you buy it and you have to resend it you pay as much as the cost of your phone. the customer is always the victim!! if you buy something it can always be something wrong but wit this issue of mass production the factory should give compensation
I agree with most of what you wrote, but resending phone is not that expensive, it is only a few dollars, in my country it is around 20 BAM ($10). Only thing is – repair can last a month or two.
not so in all the countries am afraid
I’m from europe…..so DHL is around 30 USD …30usd back is 60 USD . And i wonder if i should pay customs Again.35 USD plus
Ordinary post Has no insurance. You can …. But have to pay also for that..
Has someone send it back from europe? And what with the customs…go and back?
I have resent 3 phones so far to china and I think the total is like 45 dollars.. Where can I have a good phone for 15 dollars please??
From my country in the Americas it cost $7 dollars to ship 500g or less to China with tracking number.

Well, try “ordinary” post because DHL is expensive.

ikr? they seem to just push out “news” lately without proofreading them. or even watching the comments of their own post after they put them online… -.-
I tought it was software related because mine was working fine but 2 month later start to unmount/mont sdcard several timestimes, like every 10min. Al the end I took off the card in order to stop that annoying loop.
