Alcatel has been teasing the OneTouch Flash 2 for a quite a while, and now it’s finally been unveiled for the public to see. As the name implies, the OneTouch Flash 2 is a very camera centric smartphone, but it’s other specifications hold quite well too.
The main camera on the OneTouch Flash 2 is a 13MP Samsung S5K3M2 ISOCELL sensor that Alcatel have named gSight. The gSight camera features a 5-element wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.0, 0.3 seconds autofocus through phase detection and a dual tone dual LED flash. The front camera, aptly named the Profile Cam, is a 5MP OmniVision OV6548 sensor unit with an aperture of f/2.2, autofocus and a soft LED flash for selfie maniacs.
The rest of the Flash 2’s specifications are also fairly solid. The device is powered by MediaTek’s MTK6753 octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, expandable memory of up to 128GB, a 5-inch 1280 x 720 HD IPS display and a 3000mAh battery. There’s also dual sim slots for those of you with multiple sims for your devices.
