Alipay Pay Watch runs YunOS and looks like an Apple Watch

Alipay have launch their own YunOS powered wearable today costing just 699 Yuan on the Chinese market.

The Alipay Pay Watch is designed to be a wearable that can manage the usual notification and sports monitoring smartwatch duties, but with the added benefit of offering secure wireless inshore payment.

The Pay Watch syncs to your smartphone and connects with the users Alipay account (Alipay is the Chinese rival to PayPal). Using on screen QR codes the wearer of the watch can make payments for services, and goods.

Alipay have already teamed up with some big name brands in China so you can already use the Pay Watch at 7 Eleven, KFC, Pizza Hut, Uni Qlo, Zara and hundreds of other physical stores.

In addition to payments the the watch also has an optical hear monitor, 1.63 inch AMOLED display, 300mAh battery, a choice of speakers and will work with both Android and iOS devices.
