Doogee announced that it would bring the Y100 Plus to the market in September, and that time is here. The Doogee Y100 Plus takes all you loved about the Y100 Pro but places it in a wider display. Whereas the Doogee Y100 Pro has a 5-inch screen, the Y100 Plus features a 5.5-inch display. The specs remain the same: 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, HD display with 1280 x 720p screen resolution, 3,000mAh battery (as opposed to the 2,200mAh battery of the Y100 Pro), an 8MP front camera, 13MP back camera with a Sony sensor, and a MediaTek MT6735 processor with Android 5.1 Lollipop running out of the box.
Gizchina News of the week
Doogee has contacted us to state that the Y100 Plus will come in three finish colors: Space Grey, a Sandstone Black that feels like sandpaper, provides a good grip, and doesnât leave fingerprints, and a Babyskin White color thatâs made of rubber paint plant extract applied three times to the back of the device.
The 3,000mAh battery should come in handy, but time will tell if the Y100 Plus is actually a phone with the usual âplusâ something better. Check out our Doogee Y100 Pro review to get a second opinion of your own before preparing to spend your hard-earned $125.99 (the price of the Y100 Plus).
oh please … build an actual ‘Phone’ first !
