More and more online resellers are starting to list the new Xiaomi phone, the Mi 4c. Newest on the list is Geekbuying, a company we’ve worked with for samples of gadgets for review on GizChina.
If you’re new here, the Xiaomi Mi 4c is a refresh to the Mi 4i which was launched earlier this year. The Mi 4c features more or less the same design as the Mi 4i, but should be better at handling what you throw at the phone.
The Mi 4c comes with a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, 2 or 3GB of RAM (and correspondingly, 16 or 32GB of ROM), a 5-inch 1920 x 1080p FHD display, a 13 mega-pixel main camera with PDAF, 5 mega-pixel front facing camera and a 3080mAh battery in a unibody design.
The Mi 4i only had a 2GB RAM variant, but power users soon found the phone lacked an additional GB of it, something Xiaomi addressed with the update.
The Xiaomi Mi 4c is $239.85 and $289.85 on Geekbuying for the 2GB and 3GB RAM versions respectively.
seems like a good phone. but its still hard to justify when i can buy a new LG G2 for about $175
Keep away from LG. My G3 has a tons of problem: heating, speaker (after one year use). You will not want it.
The G3 is a mess, G2 was great, also if you have to buy the G3 make sure it`s the Korean F460 with Snapdragon 805 – Absolute beast.
