LeTV 2 will have a better fingerprint scanner, camera, and display than the iPhone 6s Plus

LeTV is soon to hold yet another product announcement, and this year’s announcement will make the iPhone the target. While LeTV hasn’t made an official announcement (“we’re revealing a new smartphone”), the company’s released some images that hint at the rumored LeTV 2 smartphone. One image shows the smartphone display with the number “820” in it (signaling the octa-core, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor that is set to succeed the overheating and controversial Snapdragon 810), while another shows the letter “2” (hinting at the LeTV 2 smartphone) with the word “Apple” to the left of it and the date “10.27” at the bottom along with “LeTV” at the top. We can safely assume then, that the LeTV 2 smartphone will be announced in a few days.

The LeTV 2 will not only target Apple (as one promo shows), but it will also target every known feature of the iPhone. The words “Touch ID,” “6sP” (6s Plus, perhaps?), and “Retina” along with “1080p” are located in other promo images, pointing to Apple’s fingerprint scanner (Touch ID), 5.5-inch iPhone (iPhone 6s Plus), and Apple’s “Retina” marketing label and Full HD screen resolution for the iPhone 6s Plus (1080p). You can see the promo images below.

The LeTV 2 is rumored to feature a 5.7-inch, Quad HD display (2,560 x 1,440p screen resolution), 4-6GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, Qualcomm’s QuickCharge 3.0 fast charging technology, a Sony IMX300, 23MP, 360-degree rotating camera that will have better low-light shots and faster autofocus, as well as an extremely fast fingerprint sensor along with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and a design that incorporates 3D, dual-curved screens. While this may sound a little too good to be true, we did catch some renders earlier this month that gives us hope, at least.

What do you think? Are you ready to see the LeTV 2 renders turn to reality? Think the market is ready for a shakeup?

probably higher then the normal once where so i´d say 350~400$ for the regular and 550~700 for the “Pro” or “Max”… at least if they follow their release concept

stronger signals (both WiFi and 3G/4G) than the LeTV 1?

That’s the most important part I will be looking at also. Besides – battery life improvement and more “international” version of the ROM, without LeTV services would be great.
