Now’s a good time to pick up the LeTV Le Max phablet at a new lower price

letv le max x900 review

The LeTV Le Max is a big phone with big specs, and a huge retail price, but we have slashed pricing to make the 6-inch flagship a little more affordable.

With a 6-inch 2K display, 4GB RAM, 20.7 mega-pixel camera, USB Type C and high end audio components, the LeTV Le Max is a monster flagship with an ample helping of impressive hardware. Read our LeTV Le Max review here.

Thanks to its juicy hardware the phone has captured the attention of a lot of shoppers, but incredibly high pricing had been a turn off for some who had decided to play the waiting game and hope for a price drop. Low and behold one is here.

Shop.GizChina.com has cut the price of each version of the Le Max with savings of as much as $69.99. In my opinion the best buy is the LeTV Le Max 64GB in gold which has been reduced from $669.99 to $599.99.

The most affordable option is the 43GB white model of the Le Max at a price of $479.99 (down from $529.99), while the 128GB version is at $699.99 (a $20 saving on the original price.

In addition to these saving, shipping for inside of Europe on the GizChina store has also been reduced. If this offer isn’t for you then don’t worry as we will have more to share in the coming weeks.

well this thing is very nice… but for half the price ($349.99) you get arguably same spec’s from BLU PURE XL (gionee elife e8 in china+india). what do you think???

      • October 30, 2015

Not exactly the same hardware. This is using Snapdragon 810 while the Elife E8 uses MT6795 AKA Helio X10 (not the turbo version). This has 4GB RAM vs 3GB for Elife E8. But the hardware differences does not worth the high price at all.

you are rigth, THATs why i said ARGUEABLY same (as in similar but not exact) although battery size is 100mah bigger in elife e8 and has a sd-card reader too.

Read a lot about the Blu but has a very poor camera and not so good display (like a very early AMOLED display) with general performance left wanting compared to other flagship devices. On paper it seems great but the execution of it isn’t quite there, this phone on the other hand looks great and if they knocked another $50 off I would be very tempted.

Well I think that the problem, if any is not the camera but software related, and it has OIS+pdaf so shouldn’t be a problem if there’s an update. I’ve seen more than 7 reviews regarding it and screens complains do not seem nearly as bad as you find them to be. And then the thing with performance makes think you went and looked at another phone instead. Keep in mind that I put this in comparison at an almost 300 more spend I’ve phone, OK?
