Huawei’s Honor brand of phones are sure pretty affordable, but that doesn’t mean they don’t get the same software treatment as their more expensive siblings.
Huawei announced a while back that they’d be updating a few phones to Android 6.0 Marshmallow early next year. Now, the company has listed the specific models that’ll be getting the update.
The list of Huawei Honor phones in line for an Android Marshmallow update in February 2016:
Gizchina News of the week
- Honor 4c
- Honor 4x
- Honor 6
- Honor 6 Plus
- Honor 7
It is heartening to see some fairly old models in the list.
Besides working on the software updates for the aforementioned phones, Huawei also have some other stuff going on at their camps, notably the upcoming launches of the Mate 8 smartphone and the HiSilicon Kirin 250 SoC respectively.
Are you impressed by the way Huawei has been going about its business lately? I guess I am.
I can’t see what you see, see screenshot.
Did you click my link? If not try this.
Downloading now, can you send me the link where I could see the list of roms?
By the way, what’s your phone model number? Is it PE-UL or PE-TL?
Mine is UL and the update’s name is TL so im afraid it might not fit my phone.
