Chinese tech is usually about alternatives to otherwise expensive electronics, but the Teclast X2 Pro is something else in that regard. The device is some serious tablet, serious enough to give the Microsoft Surface series a run for its money.
Before you start assuming things, let me tell you it isn’t particularly cheap, the Teclast X2 Pro. It’s a $400 device; price aside, it’ll take some serious belief on your part to spend that much on a device that’ll travel (probably) half the world to get to you.
The Teclast X2 Pro has a 11.6-inch full HD IPS display, and is powered by the 64-bit dual-core Intel Core M 5Y10C CPU that can go up to 2.0GHz. With that, there’s 4GB of RAM, 64GB of on-board storage space (of course expandable), a 5 mega-pixel rear camera and a 2 mega-pixel front facing camera. What I like most about the tablet is the battery, which is 12,000mAh.
Another something that suggests the X2 Pro means business is an NGFF slot for SSD, and 2x USB 3.0 ports.
The X2 Pro will come powered by Windows 10, and Teclast also make a keyboard and stylus pen (which I feel should be a part of the retail packing, but are not unfortunately). Nonetheless, it’s $406 for now.
Looks like a decent hybrid. I might consider buying one of these. That is, once the reviews are coming in (if they are saying that it indeed is a very decent product.)
Not a bad deal for $400.
Promising. Any trustable reseller with EU warehouse for Teclast?
You said you still use an Aoson m11 tablet from 3 years ago, how much capacity has the battery reduced since then?
Hi Jacky I’m not sure, I’ll check and get back. I use the M11 strictly when I have to; besides that the tablet is seldom used.
Ok, thanks, I was just wondering was there any cheap Windows tablet I could buy that would last me at least 2 years.
