The whole of China is gearing up for 11th November or their Singles Day sales, when there will be bargains galore and new product launches including a possible new Xiaomi Mi Band 1s.

An updated Xiaomi Mi Band has been rumoured in the past, and we have even seen leaked photos of an updated Xiaomi wearable leaked showing a heart rate monitor on the backside.

According to sources in China, this Mi Band 1S, is now ready for prime time and a launch on Singles Day appears to be on the cards. Apparently this updated model with heart rate monitor will cost slightly more than the original 69 Yuan model with 99 Yuan guessed by most commenters.

We reviewed the Xiaomi Mi Band earlier in the year and still find it to be one of the best wearables on the market. It is cheap, reliable, durable and best of all has an incredible 30 day battery life. We hope that this updated model can live up to the original.

You forgot to mention the crappy firmware upgrades, that pretty much killed thousands of mi bands without taking any responsibility for it.

I hope they improve reliability, i had one for 6 months and then lost it, the 2nd one lasted 3 days and wouldn’t work after its initial charge and now im on my 3rd and so far ok, I get them now from getone.cc for £6 so not soo bad but if price gos up and im shelling out more I might think twice (or three times about buying it)

I’m sure it’s not a fake, it’s just the white led version (cheaper) and not the colored led one. Anyway I don’t think a fake one would work with their app.
