The images that were released last week of Meizu’s headphone almost looked to good to be true, so when they were announced today and looked exactly the same we were pretty releaved. It’s also exciting that the rumoured pricing was slightly off and instead of costing 499 Yuan, the Meizu HD50 will retail at 399 Yuan.
Gizchina News of the week
The Meizu HD50 will come in a hard padded carry case and feature a removable headphone cable, and come with a few included accessories. Meizu are after the same market as Xiaomi and their high-end over-ear headphones (review here) but from a design point of view, Meizu have the upper hand.
Sales of the Bang and Olufsen H6-esque Meizu HD5 will begin on 11th November in China, international resellers should pick them up a few days later.
