HomTom have released details that their 6250mAh HomTom HT6 phone will fully charge in 2 hours and 24 minutes.

HomTom, a phone maker with the passion for making large battery phones, has announced some interesting charging information for the Homtom HT6 model.

According to the phone maker, the HT6 can fully charge in only 2 hours and 24 minutes, a fast time considering the size of the battery is a monstrous 6250mAh!

Gizchina News of the week

The HomTom HT6 uses Mediatek’s Pump Express charging system using a supplied 9V/2A plug for charging the large battery phone and terrific speeds. According to HomTom the HT6 can be charged to %51 in only 1 hour while the full 6250mAh cell will be juiced up in only 2hours 24 minutes.

We haven’t had a chance to try the HomTom HT6, but yesterday we did take delivery of the HT5 with 5000mAh battery pack. Watch out for our unboxing and initial hands on with the phone later this week.

That’s about average for fast charge. I can charge MX5 with 3050 in about 55 minutes.

Does this phone supports fast charging? If yes, it won’t take long. Like my OUKITEL K10000 with 10000mAh battery, but it only needs about 3.5 hours to charge the phone fully.

Ulefone Power does not know when to start selling,Now it is not even a specific message, it said to be the performance flagship machine. Rather than a huge battery.

You are right we don’t want to buy a huge battery of no use. First of all we need a phone that is good to use and look. What’s the point if a phone have a big battery but just torture you? To torture you longer? Well having suffered battery shortage so many years, people have been strong enough to suffer. But we can’t stand a ugly and laggy phone. As for Ulefone Power, Gizchina says it has fingerprint scanner and infrared remote control and shortcut shutter. It’s a good sign that they may care about user experience, but what it will be indeed, we’ll see. Too bad they have report it about 2 months and we are still waiting.
