Elephone ELE Watch components shown in video

Elephone have posted a short video this morning showing component pieces of it’s Ele Watch wearable.

Elephone are no strangers to wearables, but the newest ELE Watch promises to be their most feature packed and advanced to date, with the company claiming the device will run Android Wear. For those of you not familiar with Android Wear, it is Google’s own lightweight operating system designed specifically for use in wearable solutions. Currently LG, Motorola, Huawei, and Samsung all make Android Wear products, but so far the OS hasn’t been opened up to all manufacturers.

The short ELE Watch video shows the round metal chassis for the device, option gold and silver finishes and an opening for a round touch display.

A heart rate monitor is located on the back of the watch to keep track of your pulse while exercising.

The ELE Watch will join the ELE Explorer Action Camera, ELE Cig and an upcoming handheld camera stabiliser, as well as the huge range of phones the company already offers.
