Lenovo has announced the Vibe S1 in India, aka ‘the phone with dual selfie cameras’, for 15,999 INR or $241.
The Vibe S1 is powered by one of this year’s best mid-range SoCs, the MediaTek MT6752 octa-core. The phone looks a bit like the Xiaomi Mi 4 with it’s plastic rear and metal edges, but scores greater points on the aesthetics departments nonetheless.

Full specs of this eye-candy phone include a 5-inch 1920 x 1080p display, the aforementioned octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB on-board expandable storage, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, 8 mega-pixel + 2 mega-pixel front facing cameras, and a 2500mAh battery.
Android 5.1 runs the show on the Vibe S1, which also has a hybrid SIM slot, which means you can either use two SIMs on the phone at once, or a SIM and a microSD card.
The phone will be made available to buyers in India via Amazon.in starting midnight.
Sound great …. Let’s hope battery optimization makes out for the lack of a bigger battery.
