The very folks have now tried another experiment, that of putting a projector on a mini PC. Dubbed the MeegoPad T08, it comes with an Intel Atom Cherry Trail processor (either Atom x5-Z8300 or x5-Z8500) and will offer up to 4GB of RAM, 64GB ROM, with of course, Windows 10 out of the box.
Gizchina News of the week
A nice and chunky 12,000mAh battery sits inside the mini PC. This isn’t the first time a maker has put a projector on a Windows PC; Pipo have done it in the past, but with a slight variation of the device having a screen.
What makes the MeegoPad T08 further interesting is that it has not only an HDMI output port, but also an input; what this means is that you can use it as a standalone projector for other devices. Pretty neat indeed.
There’s no word on the projector resolution and/or the retail price of this new gadget, but if you’re a wholesaler you can get these at $300/piece at Alibaba with an MOQ of 100 units.
