Gold Ulefone Paris hopes to be in your stocking this Holiday

The Ulefone Paris is already proving to be a popular phone, and I’m actually surprised to have seen people with this phone myself. It seems the mix of a compact 5-inch screen and stylish alloy body is proving popular with some buyers.

Will a gold version of the same phone help push sales? Ulefone certainly hope so and are planning to begin presales for a while and gold Ulefone Paris this week. Other than the new colour, the specs of the phone remain unchanged including a MT6753 chipset, 2GB RAM and OV13850 13 mega-pixel rear camera.

Gizchina News of the week

Ulefone say that they plan to sell the new Paris for $169.99, but they also said the same for the grey model and white and grey version but the actual RRP has been just $129.99 with most stores selling the phone at $119.99 so expect a similar price on the new option.

In other Ulefone Paris news, the phone has just received it’s 4th OTA update since launch and the company plan to release an update each month for the phone from this month forward.

dear ulefone, can you learn elephone how they can update by OTA? because since my p6000 1 year ago (promised lollipop by OTA) never came an upgrade.
And no….. i don’t wanna brick my phone on update myself with software and backup my radio freq, EMEI, etc on failure with manual update.

      Dear friend,
We will like to apologise for your situation however if you buy the P6000000000000000 your issues will be resolved then.

      Are you OK?
      Thank you,
      Elephone( always settle ?).

      “keep expecting and be surprised”.
They announced updates. You kept expecting for an ota. You didn’t had any ota. That’s the surprise, and you can’t really say you aren’t surprised after being officially told you were going to have updates you’ll never get in real life.

They say it in their motto. You can’t really say you haven’t been warned! 😀

Seems Ulefone is distinguishing itself from other Chinese small brands?

Yes, if they can keep doing that. OTA means added value, and who will not happy if he can spend the same money on somthing that values more?

Expectably, more small brands will realize the how user experience is critical to their business. It’s good to see Ulefone has realized that.

At least, seems like they’re trying… Don’t know if it’s all a gimmick (paris is a perfect Christmas present, so claiming they’ll support this in this time of the year is a good marketing move) or they actually bring improvement with otas, but surely it’s something! Maybe this will lead other companies to support their phones longer and better than the past!

Obviously, you do not have a ulefone paris, so you do not know it in the update, this casual comment is not good, it will mislead others.

Is it that hard to understand i was talking about elephone? :-/
It wasn’t even an ulefone’s catch phrase in the first place, and the first post talks about elephone and his bad user experience, how in the world could someone think i was talking about ulefone when the whole post talks about elephone?!

Ulefone has got me with frequent OTA. I’ve decided to buy Paris though not the golden one. If any of their staff cares about user comments, they’ll learn the only way to make big money is to take the responsibility for their buyers.

Thank goodness Ulefone didn’t color the whole back to golden. Otherwise, it will be ugly. And now it look beautiful.

It depends. If the battery cover is metal, it’s OK to be entirely golden. Since it’s plastic cover, Ulefone’s right.

Ulefone, can you make a 4.7-inch golden Paris? this one looks good, but still a little big for my hands.

It looks like now more mobile phones are 5.5 inches.Small size is 5 inches up.
      iPhone6 is 4.7 inches, its size is 138.1x67x6.9mm .ulefone Paris dimensions are 144.5 x 71.7 x 8.0.

I think gold will sell well in the Middle East, they like this color, as well as the northern hemisphere countries, which is synonymous with luxury.

IPhone should be not the first to use metal, but iPhone push people love this color, gold is a symbol of wealth, but the Middle East, people prefer hard-line phones, ulefone paris more suitable for European and American people, Chinese people live, they also love gold.

Gold on the relative costs will be higher than silver, and therefore the golden phone is not much, but there are different gold color, this is difficult to control, I like silver and gold, before think black looks better, I have not used a mobile phone golden , do not know what it feels like to use them, I might try to buy a golden phone.
