The following phones are all on sale now for less than $100, with the exception of the Elephone Ivory which won’t go on sale until later this month.

The Elephone Trunk is the only phone of the bunch that comes with a Snapdragon chipset, and already it has received Android 6.0 through a CyanogenMod 13 ROM. Doogee X5 Pro

The Doogee X5 comes in a few different formats, but the X5 Pro version offers the best band for your buck. The device ships with 2GB RAM, 16GB memory and a 5-inch display all for around $80!

While I haven’t tried the UMi Rome for myself I do expect the phone to arrive with us for review and on paper the hardware is hard to beat. Highlights include the AMOLED display, octacore chipset and 3GB RAM!

No.1 A9 Rugged Phone

Not the best looking phone on the list, but its a strong unit designed to fit a certain criteria. The No.1 A9 can be frozen, hit and splashed with water without complain. The most impressive features though are the 4800mAh battery and low $34.99 price tag!

Blackview BV2000

The Blackview BV2000 is a 5-inch Meizu M2 wannabe with dual SIM, micro SD and Android 5.1. Its a simple and basic phone (review here) and would make a good back up device while on the go.

Homtom HT7

The HomTom HT7 is a budget 5.5-inch HD phone with Android 5.1, quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. Keep in mind the device does not support LTE networks but does have a large 3000mAh battery, 8 mega-pixel camera and costs just $60.

Uhans U100

If style is more of a concern to you than hardware then the leather backed (is it really leather) Uhans U100 is something out of the norm to consider. The 4.7-inch display is the smallest on this list, and it comes with a sports car inspired design that wouldn’t look out of place on a Vertu.

Elephone Ivory

The Elephone Ivory isn’t on sale yet, but the phone maker does say it will begin shipping this month and that it will run Android 6.0 out of the box. The phone will cost $99.99, have an octacore chipset and 2GB RAM.

Kingzone N5

The KingZone N5 is one of the few phones at this price that has HotKnot for easy file transfer. The phone also has a metal chassis and comes in a choice of bright colours. Highlights are 2GB RAM, 2.5D front panel and Corning Gorilla Glass.
