The tablet maker has been rather coy about the specs but have revealed the device will be named the Chuwi Hi12, will feature a tempered glass 12-inch display and that it will be built with a metal rear cover in either Champagne Gold (with white front) or Space Grey (with black front).
Gizchina News of the week
Images of the tablet reveal more details of the 12-incher including a Windows 10 OS, dock connector in the base for an optional physical keyboard, dual USB 2.0, single micro USB, and what looks like a Type C connector. There is space for a micro SD card, and speaker grill too, plus 2 openings in the base that are either additional speakers for there for cooling.
Hardware hasn’t been revealed, but previous rumours suggest that future Chuwi tablets might feature an Intel Cherry Trail SoC, perhaps the Hi12 is one of them? Keep posted for more Chinese tablet news.
