Oukitel’s claim to fame has been their big battery phones. The K4000, K6000 and the K10000 (and variants thereof) have managed to grab headlines for the upcoming Chinese phone brand.
However, the brand has been releasing a lot of phone and it can get a little tricky to keep track of them all. To help you better visualise the 10,000mAh battery powered K10000, the factory just released a video.
While the video gives a good look at the phone’s exterior, don’t go by it with the phone’s speed… because the video appears sped up.
Nonetheles, take a look here:
Gizchina News of the week
The Oukitel K10000 has the following specs:
- 5.5-inch 1280 x 720p display
- 1GHz MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor
- 2GB RAM
- 16GB ROM
- 8 mega-pixel rear camera (13 mega-pixel after interpolation)
- 2 mega-pixel front camera (5 mega-pixel after interpolation)
- 10,000mAh battery
Oukitel’s phone have, for the most part, impressed with their build quality. Do you fancy a K10000?
I honestly don’t care about thick phones as long as they have large batteries, for now I’m happy with my phone that has 4000Mah battery 😀
Why just why oukitel why would you choose such awefull specs
how often do you think this would need to be charged in a daily regular use ??? yash?
never mind. i saw a rusian guy (i think) wearing gloves that states on screen time 14 hours plus so about 4 days wich is great. so i believe if we were to put decent spec’s in this thing it could yield about 9 hours of full savage mode on screen time a maybe 2 full days of heavy use. also unless he is a giant the phone does not seem overly big in his hands….
guys i know i know i’m just trying to make myself use to the idea of a big fat phone in case a manufacturer (i’m talking to you Oukitel k6000) decides to bring something great with great battery time and great spec’s …. i don’t care if it is ugly as long as it is optimised long lasting and powerfull
A year ago I bought the Innos D10 with, they claim, 6000 mAh, and at the beginning it lasted for up to 4 days, 12+ SOT (Screen On Time). But performance was just mediocre, with SD 200 + 1 GB RAM. After a year of quite intensive use it died 🙁 From my experience, I can tell you is a peace-of-mind feature: you charge it and can leave for a weekend, give it to your kids (in case you have!) and still be able to browse, watch videos, play for hours… then, as I wanted more performance, I gave up on battery life, and I miss it badly, man! I strongly believe this should be the next aim of manufacturers, to deliver a decent battery life (mininum 5-7 days with light use and 24h SOT, or up to 2.5-3 days with 15h+ SOT).
they speed up the video. be genuine oukitel. nothing will win your device battery capacity at the moment
I’d like to see the same phone, with a 1080p screen and a helio P10 instead
Instead of this, buy LENOVO VIBE P1 and you will be satisfied, like me… 😉
I like it but the specs are kinda low end… I’m not looking for an expensive, premium version but it’d be nice if they offered a “Oukitel K Pro 10000” sub-premium like:
• 5.5-inch 1080p display (probably adds $50 to cost)
• MediaTek P10 processor (probably adds $10 to cost)
• 2GB RAM (maybe offer a 3GB variant)
• 16GB ROM (maybe offer a 64GB upgrade)
• 16 mega-pixel rear camera (probably adds $50-75 to cost)
• 8 mega-pixel front camera (probably adds $15 to cost)
• 10,000mAh battery
• SD card support up to at least 128GB (probably does not add to cost)
• Android marshmellow (probably does not add to cost)
so total would be upwards of $350 for the 2GB/16GB version .. which would be fine for me
