As Xiaomi’s phones continue to be unofficially exported to markets where the company is yet to start operations, more devices — besides phones — keep launching in China.
You will probably be aware of quite a few gadgets that Xiaomi makes apart from smartphones, ranging from air purifiers, fans, to luggage. However, some of the ‘hottest’ ones seem to be their TVs.
Speaking of, Xiaomi is set to give the Mi TV 3 a bump in screen size… taking it to a mammoth 70-inches. The resolution stays the same however at a ‘measly’ 4k (pun definitely intended).
Gizchina News of the week
The MStar 6A928 processor and Mali T760 GPU powered device is expected to retail for 9,999 Yuan ($1540) in China. Like other Mi TVs, this one too doesn’t seem to be destined for any market other than China.
More details about this upcoming (and massive) TV are yet to be revealed, and are expected later today.
Would you be happy to pay the $1540 asking price for a gadget like this? I’m guessing the answer is a ‘yes’…
