Homtom have in no time made a name for themselves in the battery phone market. We’ve seen a few models from the newcomer in the past, but the newest is the HT3.
If you haven’t been up to scratch with the news lately, let us tell you that the Homtom HT3 is a $55.99 phone with a clear USP, which naturally happens to be its battery.
Unlike other, pricier Homtom phones, the HT3’s battery is a 3000mAh cell, still above average capacity compared to other phones in its price range.
Gizchina News of the week
Other specs of the HT3 include a 5-inch 1280 x 720p display, a MediaTek MT6580 CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, 5 mega-pixel / 2 mega-pixel rear and front cameras (interpolated to 8 mega-pixel and 5 mega-pixel) and of course the 3000mAh battery.
News here is that the phone is now listed for pre-order with shipping scheduled to commence in the first week of February. If you’re interested in getting one, you can do so by following this link to the Everbuying store.
Just how many Chinese phone “makers” are out there? Heck, I might just start one myself. -:) . Not a bad phone right given that the battery is 3000mah. Good for them.
If I am not mistaken, Homtom, Dogee, HDC are all from the same company.
Could be a nice festival phone. Not the biggest + Big battery + Cheap. Would this camera be worth anything?
