Doogee’s first wearable is actually more like a mini smartwatch for your wrist and has support for mobile networks and even a camera.
We’ve seen fully functioning smartwatches running Android and offering mobile network support in the past, but this if the first from Doogee. The S1 is on sale now for $129.99 which is more than some phones, so it’s just as well the watch runs a dual core Mediatek MT6572 chipset and 3G support (WCDMA 850/1900/2100MHz).
The Doogee S1 also has its own 2 mega-pixel camera, 1.54-inch 2.5D glass display, and 4GB internal memory.
Gizchina News of the week
A heart rate monitor on the rear of the body should work with most fitness apps, and metal connectors on the back for charging mean the watch can be better sealed from moisture and dirt.
Doogee are likely to have the S1 on show at MWC next month but the watch is already on sale through Gearbest for those who don’t want to wait.
All smart watches without android wear it is a trash
Again with the 6752 typo?
They can’t get their phones right so wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.
