Oukitel are releasing a novel keychain for use with its smartphones to remotely control certain functions.
The Oukitel A8 isn’t another large battery phone from the phone maker, but a simple Bluetooth remote control that can be hooked up to the Oukitel K10000, K6000 or K4000 phones.
In the past we have seen similar remotes used on the Oppo N1 and Vivo even offered one when they released the Xshot.
Gizchina News of the week
Functions that the A8 performs are to remotely control the camera application, music playback and also a sentry alarm system which will notify you if you move more than 5 meters away from your phone.
The A8 is likely to go on sale after the Chinese New Year, which is also when the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Oukitel phones is expected to roll out.
Will it work only for their phones?
