UMi’s build up for the upcoming UMi Touch continues, as the brand talks about the phone’s camera features today.

UMi reveals that the Touch will have iPhone-style Live Photo. However, it isn’t clear yet whether Live Photos will be the exact same implementation (as on the iPhone) or something different.

They had to cut corners somewhere considering the price they want to sell at and the hardware they want to offer. It’s all about compromising what you need less for what you want most. Though I think it would have way been better had they gone for the new P10.

Apple it seems lately often looks to HTC for inspiration, the 6 is a copy of the One M7 and Live Photos is a copy of HTC Zoes. They take ideas that HTC had and make them a success, where HTC failed. Coming soon to the iPhone 7: Sound Boom!

lol, think we covered this before. There has never been a bigger rip off than the HTC A9 aka the straight iphone 6 clone. Iphone 6 clearly looks nothing like the M7 and was clearly not inspired by it. End of. Apples live photo implementation was much better than HTC’s but admittedly HTC did it first, personally i think it is a sh*t pointless idea that hogs memory.

We’ve been through this before the IP6 was heavily inspired by the One M7. “End of”.

totally agree, Apple is the one which ripped HTC off (M7 + Desire 816 = iphone 6), yet everyone still thinks only Apple is original and everyone copy them.
