Homtom have release details of an updated, “Pro” version of their Homtom HT7 that will cost only $89.99 and will come with OIS.
We report on Chinese phones on a daily basis and we know that now and then a really special product comes along with killer features at a price that just sounds impossible. In some cases the product does live up to the hype, while other times, not.
We’re kind of skeptical with details that Homtom released today that claims their Homtom HT7 Pro will feature an updated 13 mega-pixel camera, but more astonishingly optical image stabilisation for just $89.99! If this is the case then that’s quite a feature to boast on such an affordable phone.
Gizchina News of the week
The rest of the details seem more likely and include LTE support, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, space for 128GB SD cards, and Hotknot.
Homtom will be releasing pre sale details for the Homtom HT7 Pro in 2 days and hopefully they can confirm the specifications at that time.
Just OIS doesn’t do good pistures. When a comapny with a history of ahving good cameras in their phones, adds OIS to it, then I know it’s worth my attention.
Homtom first need to work on their cameras, then it will be time to start adding extra features.
….
Can probably join the likes Of Umbro M1, Bluboo Xtouch and Inew L3 that all claimed IOS and didn’t.
Eherm…..
its better to have quality lens than ois
Really looking forward to reviews on this phone, looks like a really good phone at that price point(remember you can`t expect flagship camera and specs for 89$!). If it`s half as good as they claim, it would be a great deal.
From the photos they also seem to claim (almost) bezel less design:)
Цена на PRO версию уже около 80$ на aliexpress. Для крепкого долгожителя с хорошими параметрами очень даже хорошо….
