InFocus Bingo 50 has Android M, 3GB RAM, and a $111 price tag

InFocus have announced the new Bingo 50, which is an upgrade to the M350 of the past.

There are a couple noteworthy things about this new phone. One, it comes with Android M out of the box (the first sub-$150 to do so?), and has 3GB of RAM. Of course, there are many phones that do that, but what’s interesting is that the Bingo 50 is priced at just 7499 INR or $111.

While the CPU this phone is powered by isn’t the most powerful (the quad-core MediaTek MT6735), it still does the job. In fact, my daily phone for the past two weeks has been the Coolpad Note 3 Lite, which has the same SoC and I’ve had no issues whatsoever so far.

The Bingo 50 is for the Indian market (so far), and there’s no word on whether the phone will see light of day in other countries. It’ll come with a choice of either Leather Black or Sandstone Gray rear covers, all for 7499 INR.
