UMi planing to join the zero bezel club with the Touch X

What has zero bezels, a $150 price point and looks like it has been inspired by the Oppo R9? Well you are looking at it right now, the UMi Touch X.

Following on from the UMi Touch (which is being released soon, finally!) the Touch X has a similar physical home button/fingerprint scanner arrangement but a design with a (claimed) zero bezel design.

Renders of the phone show a very Oppo/OPX looking phone with white front and rear panels, choices of either silver or gold chassis, a home button, and borderless phone.

It’s too early to know what the hardware specs will be but at only $150 and with new screen tech we don’t imagine there will be much money left over in the budget for some serious hardware.

UMi didn’t mention a launch date, but those of you who fancy a $150 UMi phone can check out the pre sales for the current UMi Touch which 3GB RAM, 5.5-inch FHD display, and 4000mAh battery.

    Ah, yes, look forward to using a low price to buy the high-profile mobile phone, which is unrealistic, low price, they will reduce the configuration in other respects, like Umi to Rome to do the same, using a non-stick combined screen, use the 2-point touch screen.

    You miss my point, I’m trying to say that I find it odd on behalf of those that pre ordered the Touch already, some of those maybe think that they’re getting Umis latest and greatest but in actual fact, even before the Touch is released, Umi are now advertising a new better device…
    Great for the Touch Pre-order customers eh..?

Why so much hate guys? Admire that they’re trying to run WP10 on Umi Touch at least. This is nice. Actually I like the Umi Touch, is it possible that they’re lying about the battery size again? $150 for this phone is a bargain price.

    Wow, nice said. Well many are complaining about the fake battery capacity in Umi Hammer, GPS, wifi or even touch screen issues, but really hope the Umi Touch will be better. They’re smart – they don’t send a review units of the phone to sites like gizchina till the low preorder price is on.

Now UMi Touch is with 3GB RAM, 5.5-inch FHD display, 4000mAh battery,fornt fingerprint and sony camera, it costs $150 for presale. I am going to buy one to try. I will looking forward to Touch X too!
