Xiaomi announced a total of 3 variants of the Mi 5 at launch, a couple of which went on sale at the start of this month.
The highest end version of the phone — the Mi 5 Pro with 4GB RAM and 128GB on-board storage — now has a sale date in China.
…and guess what, the Mi 5 Pro goes on sale in China the same day as the Huawei P9 and Meizu M3 note launch, i.e., 6th of April. Chinese phone makers definitely know how to make the most out of hype… made by another brand!
