Budget phones are generally still getting budget amounts of internal memory, but not the new Doogee Y300 which will now ship with 64GB option too.
While specifications are getting better across the the smartphone market, the amount of internal memory is till a little on the limited side for some users. Yes, there are options for up to 128GB phones these days, but they tend to be very expensive, and most budget phones are still only shipping with 16GB memory on board.
Gizchina News of the week
Doogee had already decided to buck that trend by going for 32GB as standard, not bad for a $120 smartphone, but if you don’t mind a bit of gold you could pick up one of the special edition gold Y300 phones at the same price with 64GB memory as standard!
The Gold version of the phone comes with all the same hardware as the 32GB version including the 5-inch display, Android 6.0 install, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, quad-core chipset and 2GB RAM.
These gold versions appear to be on a limited sale offer though and due to expire on the 1st April so be quick.
