As we already reported the Ulefone Future first round of presale has been pretty successful and the 2000 pieces sold out in matter of seconds. No need to despair though, because the presale period is still up and you can get the phone until May 25th for discounted price of 239.99$.
In the meantime we have a video for you with the closer look at the Ulefone Future side fingerprint scanner. It’s located on the right edge of the phone, capable of registering 5 fingerprints and thanks to the location it’s pretty easy to use both while holding the phone or having it on the table.

It’s also pretty refreshing that Ulefone is openly admitting the fingerprint scanner isn’t among the fastest ones due to limited sensor space used. So it needs a bit more time to recognize the fingerprint, but on the other hand the company claims it’s pretty sensitive and reliable. Check out the video yourselves.
I do like this placement for a fingerprint-reader or any of the other things possible to be added to a phone. As this is usually wasted space in the design. So a good move that other manufacturers can copy Sony was nice to experiment into this at first but I don’t know if they were the 1st ones to do it for sure. Anyhow, seems like they got a winner on this one as presale went OK on the cheap price, let’s hope they won’t come out with a piece of ____ of phone and shot themselves on the foot.
