Yet another of the promo videos for the coming UMI Super brand flagship and this time its a comparison video featuring not just the Super, but also iPhone 6S Plus and UMI Touch. And what’s the focus of the comparison ? Easy dear Watson, battery endurance.
All three phones are on and paralelly recording a video until they just simply run out of juice. And what are the results of such a test ? Well iPhone 6S Plus died after 3.5 hours of the recording, while UMI Touch lasted 4 hours and 39 minutes. The winner is not surprisingly the hero of the day, UMI Super which bravely managed to record for 4 hours and 57 minutes.
Gizchina News of the week
According to the official spec list UMI Super has a SONY battery with 4000 mAh capacity and theoretically should handle 15 of standby. The phone also supports fast charging through its USB Type-C connector and should charge up to 75 percent in just 30 minutes. Company claims that based on the battery tests the average user should charge UMI Super only once in two days. But we all know how such tests and estimations are subjective.
UMI Super should be officially released May 25th with $249.99 price tag in gold or dark grey version. All the details about the first sales could be found here.
The X20 is a much better chip in general, graphics and CPU performance are almost x2.
The X20 is obviously a higher performance (and more expensive) SoC but it’s a battery eater.
