Seems like the previously reported gold version of the Oukitel K4000 is not going to happen and the phone will stay available in just the black or white version. On the other hand the K4000 Lite will get the gold version so the important question is what are the exact differences between these two models ?
More or less the only difference is the display resolution, but the downgrade with the Lite version is pretty significant. Oukitel K4000 offer 5-inch display with the usual budget HD resolution (1280×720 pixels), while the K4000 Lite on the same 5-inch display shows only qHD resolution (960×540 pixels), which is kinda low in today’s standards.
Rest of the hardware is the same including the quad-core MT6735 processor with 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of storage, 13 MPix rear camera, 5 MPix front camera and massive 4000 mAh battery.
