Alcatel devices (also known under the TCL brand) are historically pretty famous for the good price/performance ratio and the Flash sub-brand or rather model lineup is just underlining that. This year’s generation branded Flash Plus 2 is trying to accomplish something in the field of the photography and marketed exactly as that.

I do like the look of this phone but don’t know of anyone who has owned an Alcatel before. Has anyone here used an Alcatel or known anyone else who has owned an Alcatel before? Any thoughts/feedback?
Digicel in suriname has import thousands of them mostly the dl700. They r mostly good value phones considering their cheap price.
Also this is currently cheaper on TinyDeal.
@Andi or the GizChina team, is there any chance of getting a review of this handset? Don’t think I have seen you guys review a handset from Alcatel before?
