Vernee company is a newcomer on the chinese phone market and so far is making quite a splash with offering solid price/performance ratio with their products. Both of the already released models Vernee Thor and Vernee Apollo Lite managed to get the deserved attention and positive reviews or feedback.
They are of course trying their best in terms of the build quality, so every piece coming out of the Vernee production is carefully tested through eight step process.
Gizchina News of the week
First comes the wearproof test with testing against the normal usage wear and tear, quality of the USB-C port is getting tested also just as the whole sturdiness, soft-squeeze, physical buttons test and then several drop tests.
Vernee documented the Apollo Lite model going through all of those tests in a video and you can check this small movie right now.
Vernee doing things right more than other old companies
Vernee doing things right more than other old companies
This is stupid and ridiculous… these are reliability tests which all phones do during engineering stages….vernee has done the same but they added a black background and some music to make it look ‘better’…. Vernee, show us something more, like hardware tests, RF test, SAR test and show real data, show us the battery safety tests (these phones will explode easily) ….show us some automated software tests, show us if the phone passes CTS test (Android Compatibility Test Suite)…. simple basic reliability tests is just fooling the audiences…and hey audiences (ie employees) …. start real questioning…. not just some senseless comments….
You know stuff, Hak. I’ve been to such labs for more than 5 times, and they’re from different Chinese manufactors. Pretty much every brand does the same tests. And also I was so impressed with how heavily the video is edited to hide. But I have to say that their test equipments are quite new comparing to others. I guess they don’t use them that much. hahahahahaha!!!!!!
“…their test equipments are quite new comparing to others…”
LOL, these equipments can be rented really easily … It’s a prop for them for this video, not an everyday asset they use …
