According to insiders at LeEco, the Chinese company are currently hiring staff in the U.S in the run up to officially launching phones and video streaming in the country.
LeEco is the new name for LeTV, a name that was changed as the brand quickly went from being a video steaming provider in China to a smartphone maker, accessory maker, ROM developer and even partner to Aston Martin for an Electric Super Car!
Gizchina News of the week
LeEco already have their phones officially on sale in China and India, and have managed to attract fans from all over the world by opening accessory stores in the U.S and other markets.
For the U.S though, there is a little more excitement on the way as the company are currently in the middle of a major hiring spree in preparation for launching phones and media service in the country. In addition to hiring staff, LeEco are also speaking with content providers to stream popular shows, movies and live events.
They opened a US headquarters in San Jose on land they bought from Yahoo a few months ago.
Wait, leeco is hiring in the united states?
Would be nice if they… well… forget it to many things to fix for me to like their devices. More so: I hate when a network providers block features for a device and then ask you to pay extra, BUT it’s even more so when the manufacturer neglects it from the get go… bummer
Perfect device rigth now could be the:
ZTE AXON 7
with Xiami updates
And K6000 battery
Perfect … I know weight would be around 210mg but couldn’t care less.
