The launch of the Ulefone U007 came as a total surprise and with a very low initial retail price the phone plans to attack the budget segment of the market. But the manufacturer is trying to pump the tires more than is necessary and valid, because trying to compare with likes of Vivo Xplay 5s or Xiaomi Mi Max is just silly. After all the retail price is set to only $59.99.
Ulefone U007 is a pure budget device and marketing it as anything else is just not helping. The phone can offer 5-inch HD display with HD resolution and Gorilla Glass 3, quad-core MT6580A clocked at 1,3 GHz, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of expandable storage. Rear 8 Mpix camera with Sony IMX149 sensor is interpolated to 13 Mpix and has f/2.0 aperture, front slefie cam is just 2 Mpix interpolated to 5 Mpix. Android 6.0 Marshmallow is pre-installed as the OS so even the low-cost device is up to date.
Gizchina News of the week
As you can see comparing Ulefone U007 with the aforementioned devices is just wishful thinking on all fronts and they should just focus on challenging some worthy and reasonable opponents, not the behemoths out of their league.
But of course check out the following video and in case Ulefone U007 looks interesting to you,. then nothing easier than to snap it up here on sale till June 30th for just $49.99.
Hahaha
I need that Vivo xplay.
So, 6580A is better than Snapdragon 615/6 on Redmi 3.
Yeah, the 6580 is faster than a spaceship! LOL.
Holy shit! I thought Ulefone was a serious company, but after this stupid video, I will never look at their phones again…
They compare a $50 phone with $600 and they want us to believe that there is no difference!! These Ulefone marketing guys, are more stupid and liars than the UMi’s…
They have guts, I give them that! For $50, you cannot ask for more! Good for young kids to play around with!
Ulefone answered on youtube in comments for this video. It’s very impressive.
It is interesting to see comparison of smartphones from one price category. For example with Uhans A101.
