Just downloaded rootjoy to reflash a rom and discovered 21 viruses lurking with in. Trojans, pups and spyware.
I’m using secureAPlus, which scans with multiple engines and they all made hits. If only one engine makes a hit, I take it as false positive but this many seperate hits has me worried. Should I be?

Just downloaded rootjoy to reflash a rom and discovered 21 viruses lurking with in. Trojans, pups and spyware.
