We have seen not that long ago a drop test video of the new UMI London featuring some falls from the heights simulating the usual falls from a table and such. But today we have something a bit more extreme and you can check out what would happen if you throw your UMI London our of the window 🙂
In the video we can see the phone in a protective casing being dropped from roughly 100 feet (31m) and while the display is clearly crushed from the fall, the phone itself seems to be working. So all the proclaimed sturdiness and rugged features of UMI London are maybe really more than just a marketing trick.
You can buy UMI London currently for about $60 for example here or you can try writing a testing review and get it for free. Details can be found here.
Well I dropped my Umi Emax on Friday and it landed screen down and cracked it. I thought it would still work (but look crap), but the touch-screen doesn’t work at all. Not happy.
Fake! The dropped position and the picked up position are different. The video has been edited. The phone has been switched.
I’ll choose a phone. I look at the minds and Johans A101. What can you recommend?
I do not believe in this. On the Internet a lot of video. Phones break everything. Or is it my bad luck? Seen recently video as throw phone Uhans A101. There was not even shown to work then the phone or not.
You already selected the smartphone? If isn’t present, then you watch video comparing if you speak about Uhans and Umi. h ttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0VB8bmYK84
