More and more of the producers are equipping their phones with the powerful deca-core processors, like the Helio X20 in Meizu MX6 revealed just few days ago. And the X20 is bringing not just sheer power, but also very good multitasking abilities.
The trick is to divide the easy and complex tasks among the cores accordingly, so the simple stuff like voice calls or using a calculator is not burning all cores at max. It can turn off the unused and not needed ones fully, so the phone is more power efficient.
