Known as the Teclast X98 Plus II, the tablet comes with just 2GB of RAM while retaining a lot of its specs from the original X98 Plus. With that, it gets a ~$45-50 price cut to now cost $146 shipped.
Gizchina News of the week
If you haven’t been around much, let me remind you what it comes with – there’s the trusty (or rusty?) Intel Z8300 processor, 9.7-inch 2048 x 1536p IPS display, 2GB of RAM, 32GB ROM (plus microSD expansion), Android 5.1 + Windows 10 dual boot, 2 mega-pixel front + rear cameras, and lastly, an 8000mAh battery.
Worth noting is that the Teclast X98 Plus II is only on pre-order for now, and will begin shipping first week of August (which seems like a busy check month!).
Why buy and Android Tablet with a obsolete CPU and poor specs, when you can get a smartphone that does a lot more plus make phone calls and text.
errr..because someone is old and needing larger screen to see what’s written in whatsapp? or someone needed large screen to read news and comics? or kids playing game in larger screen just feels better for their eyes and touches? i personally would like cheap tablet with high screen density just for those easy to handle apps because sometimes larger screen makes me more comfortable
For everything that requires a bigger screen, like seeing movies, editing Excel tables and playing some games.
