LeEco Super TVs coming to India August 4th

China’s LeEco is going from strength to strength… and fast. After acquiring US’s Vizio, the Chinese internet giant-turned-phonemaker is set to announce its first set of TVs for the Indian market.

While a confirmation from LeEco about this is still pending, recent teasers from the company ensure there’s no need for it. According to TechPP, LeEco are set to announce the 3rd generation of their smart TVs in India. The unveil, according to the teasers, will happen at an event in New Delhi.

Gizchina News of the week

LeEco are expected to come out with their 4K panels and other budget LED TVs. Of course, there’s no word on how much they’ll cost, but keeping in mind LeEco’s track record, the TVs might well push Xiaomi to foray into the Indian market very soon.

The TV market in India is suddenly hotting up, with yet another Chinese maker in TCL releasing four new budget panels.

I wish there was a reseller based in India that would sell to Europe or more specifically in my case, the UK…

I’d love the India models of things from China as they’re usually very cheap in comparison to our high stree cr@p and fully English language supported!
