Talking heads in UMI decided to release quite a bold and controversive statement, saying that their newest UMI Max model can beat all Apple devices concerning the battery life. And even though i have my reservations about the iPhones in general i think this is maybe taking the PR way too far.
Of course UMI are not trying to say that iPhones are simply bad, but they are trying to hint at some imprefections in the battery life and the users allegedly unhappy with it even with the latest saver mode changes. And riding the tails of that they are insinuating that the UMI Max and its 4000 mAh capacity is something capable of easily lasting up to two days of heavy usage on just one charge.
Gizchina News of the week
I think such comparisons are in generalmisleading, because you can’t really compare phones with so different hardware and systems. So in the end it’s up to the user what he chooses to indulge and go for. And if the choice would be the UMI Max then you can get it here or here for measly $139.99.
Is UMI really trying to troll consumers worldwide?
I think so.
Another day another Umi ad
They certainly look similar…
